State Fair Looking for Outrageous and Original Cheesecake

What is the craziest cheesecake you have ever made? The Colorado State Fair’s “Outrageous & Original” Cheesecake Championship is coming to our state in September.

Rules

Competitors can choose their ingredients for a crust, filling, add-ins, flavoring, spices, toppings, and garnishes to create an “Outrageous and Original” Cheesecake.
All entries must be original, be savory or sweet, and made from scratch.
Judging considers taste, creativity, appearance, ease of preparation, and general appeal.

How to Enter

The entry fee is only $5 with prize money totaling $175. The contest will be held on September 2, 2015; registration is now open with an entry deadline of August 31, 2015.
