Minor League Baseball Club Holds National Anthem Auditions

Have you or someone you know always wanted to sing the National Anthem or God Bless America at a professional Baseball game? The Sky Sox in Colorado Springs are holding open auditions. The 2015 baseball season is almost upon us, and the top minor league affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, are holding open auditions for singers. Vocalists can audition to sing either the Star Spangled Banner or God Bless America for the upcoming season. Auditions will be held on March 7, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Chapel Hills Mall in Colorado Springs.

All auditions must be a cappella and traditional renditions of the songs to be considered. They can also be soloists, duets, trios or quartets. You also need to pre-register with the Sky Sox promotions department, by contacting Phil George at (719) 597-1449 or via email at philgeorge@skysox.com.

The performances will be judged by a combination of Sky Sox staff and local radio personalities.
