Anyone who has gone to college or was looking for a quick meal is familiar with foam cups filled with noodle soup. Well, starting Monday (Feb. 2) Old Town is getting a ramen noodle restaurant. According to the Coloradoan, Ramen Master will be located in the former Taipan restaurant located at 144 N. Mason St.

Ramen restaurants have been a growing trend in cities like New York and San Fransisco for several years, and offer a small menu of ramen based dishes. Ramen Master will offer three different types of noodles; regular, thick udon and gluten-free. The noodles have the option to be soaked in miso, soya, tartan or vegetable soup broths. Finally, the customer has the option to ad toppings such as fish, meats, eggs, tofu, bamboo shoots and seasonal vegetables to name a few.

The venue will also offer some appetizers and a variety of drinks, including New Belgium and Odell beers.
