Blake Shelton's lawsuit can move forward, Jake Owen extends his 'Love Bus,' and Cole Swindell gives you a preview of his next album, here's your Nashville Minute.

Looks like that lawsuit that Blake Shelton was bringing against In Touch Weekly's parent company, Bauer Media, can go ahead. U.S. District Judge Christina Snyder made the tentative ruling on Monday and will likely issue a final decision in the next couple of days. Judge Snyder says it appears that In Touch Weekly "cherry-picked" facts to support the article that called into question surrounding the correlation, or lack thereof, between Blake's drinking and the dissolution of his marriage to Miranda Lambert.

Jake Owen's "Love Bus" Tour is becoming a thing. You now will have another chance to see Jake Owen's 1966 Volkswagon "Love Bus," which he drove from Nashville to Key West. Jake says that since it fits perfectly behind his tour bus that he will take it on tour with him.

Cole Swindell's smash "You Should Be Here" has been a fantastic tribute to his late father and is also a tremendous kickoff for his next album of the same name. Here's a preview of what to expect from Cole. The new album comes out May 6th.
