Two more confirmed cases of West Nile Virus in Loveland residents prompted the first city-wide mosquito spraying last night. Next week, as many as nine Colorado Mosquito Control trucks will dispense fog through Loveland for the first city-wide spraying since 2007. The first application is planned for Sunday between 8 p.m. and 1 a.m. The Loveland Reporter Herald has more on this story.

  City of Loveland: Due to a Public Health Emergency with high levels of West Nile Virus found in local mosquitoes, ALL areas of the city will be sprayed, weather permitting, between the hours of 8:30PM and 1:30AM. A second application is also palnned for Wednesday August 14, 2013.
