The City of Greeley is hosting Bike to Work Day on Wednesday, June 27 this year with stations at local businesses in the morning to serve breakfast on your way to work. This year there are more stops than ever before. They’ve even added stops in the afternoon to support the ride home as well!

Breakfast Stations

Breakfast stations will be offered throughout Greeley, Evans and Windsor. Some local establishments involved include Turn Around Bikes, Cranford’s Tea Tavern, University of Northern Colorado, NCMC Banner Health, Aims Community College, Farr Library, Max Muscle and two Greeley parks – Bittersweet and Lincoln Park. Greeley Police Department will be at a few sites as well supporting safe driving and riding, as well as promoting their moonlight rides scheduled for June 28, Aug 11 and 26. The Culture, Parks and Recreation Department will even have a booth out at the Poudre Trail Learning Center. For a complete list of sites visit http://greeleybikes.com/btwd.

Afternoon Pitstops

If you show your bike, helmet or BTWD t-shirt, you’ll get special deals in the afternoon at some of these pit stops: Cranford’s Tea Tavern, Greeley Stampede, Roma’s on 16th St, WeldWerks Brewing, Wiley Roots, Syntax Spirits, Broken Plow and Brix Taphouse & Brewery, just to name a few. You can even get a free ride home with your bike by Greeley Evans Transit.
