There is no better way to close out the hot summer months and welcome in the fall season than by celebrating everything that the wonderful world of nature has to offer at Nature's Harvest Fest happening in Fort Collins on September 12.

This one-day, family-friendly celebration will be taking place at The Gardens On Spring Creek, and brings together all things nature and harvest within our community. From insects to herbs, and wildlife to fresh apple cider, there is something for everyone at this big, community backyard party.

Beginning at 9 a.m. all guests will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun and cultural workshops, while also enjoying live and local entertainment, educational demonstrations, fresh produce tastings, and a marketplace of local artisans. The free workshops will include informational topics such as cooking and urban homesteading. Throughout the day there will be nature and bird walks occurring across the 18-acre vibrant garden grounds. Also taking place during this seasonal celebration, will be a live butterfly release that you definitely don't want to miss! There will be plenty of activities just for the kids too. A $2 per person donation is suggested to those who plan on attending the festival. The full schedule for the day is listed below:
