Thanks to the website RecordSetter, which allows folks to invent a world record in anything, many a wacky record was set and/or broken in 2011.
Some of our favorite RecordSetter marks this year include the record for two girls slapping each other with pizza, the record for most time spent simultaneously juggling, eating and balancing on “rola bola” and the man who set a world record for most quarters shoved up his nose.
The only two pictures people take that are bound to always be bad are driver's license photos and criminal mugshots. Thankfully, the internet is full of only one of them unless there is a hilarious website of driver's license photos that we have yet to find.

Your wireless carrier is watching you. A researcher specializing in security posted a video online about hidden software he discovered on mobile phones that logs and tracks much of what you do. Creepy? Invasion of privacy? Trevor Eckhart discovered Carrier IQ, software that could be tracking your emails, websites you visit, text messages and more on your mobile device.
November 30, 2011 Just when you thought you had seen it all, former heavyweight champ and ear biter Mike Tyson appeared on a show in Brazil to sing "Girl From Ipanema". It's not the 1st time we have heard Iron Mike sing. You might remember in "The Hangover", his rendition of Phil Collins’ “In the Air Tonight” before punching Zach Galifianakis’ lights out.
