Happy Birthday Weld Food Bank (You’re Invited to the Party)
The Weld Food Bank in Greeley was established in 1982, and is celebrating its 30th birthday. You're invited to the 80's themed birthday bash this evening from 5-7pm, with live music by 'Retro.' In honor of 30 years they will be selling 30 cent hot dogs, chips, sodas, snow cones, and cotton candy. You can take a tour of their warehouse, and sneak a peek at some of our their photos.

Greeley Police to Add Defibrillators to Some Patrol Cars
In late September Greeley Police will deploy Automated External Defibrillators in many of their patrol cars. The AEDs were purchased partly by a grant obtained by the Greeley Fire Department. Training on using an AED during events requiring CPR is being included as a part of the ongoing training the Department provides on a regular basis

The Greeley Stampede Committee has asked their executive director Bill Ogg to step down after 4 years on the job. The committee members met Sunday for their annual retreat . Ogg was reportedly asked to resign that afternoon.

New ‘Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives’ Like Show Coming to Northern Colorado – What Restaurants Should We Visit?
It was such a simple idea to send a guy, named Guy, all around the country to visit some of the most iconic “mom and pop” sort of restaurants. The show Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives (DDD) is one of those shows that once you finally force yourself to watch it once, you will be hooked for life. Since we think the show is so cool, and we have plenty of our own Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives around Northern Colorado we have decided to start our own series of videos highlighting the best of the best. But before we can start, we need to know where we should go!

JB’s Drive-In More Than a Restaurant, a Family Tradition For Many
I recently put together a list of the best burgers in Northern Colorado and JB's in Greeley topped that list. OK, so we have established they have a good burger, but it is more than just good burgers at JB's. As I went on my weekly dinner outing with my grandma earlier this week, to you guessed it, JB's, I realized that the little drive in on 8th Ave. and 25th St. means more than just a good meal to many including me.
