I can't believe it was one year ago today that I stepped on that scale at Benchmark Medical Group in Windsor and saw that magical number.

I have always been one to make my bed. Okay, my mom would argue that but I would say that since adulthood that I have been a regular bed maker. Remembering 9/11 and How Far We Have and Haven’t Come Since
We will never forget this day. We will always remember exactly what we were doing at 6:46 am on September 11 of 2001. Our innocence was shattered. We felt something we had never felt before. There are few things more saddening than watching someone you love slowly lose their ability to remember their lives. It crushes me.
