August 27, 2012 I am back to work after a wonderful week off. I love my job but I need a break now and then. I did what I wanted to do which was absolutely nothing. This job requires getting up at 3 am so I am usually in bed by 8. The thing I love to do on my vacations is stay up late and sleep in late. I was up until after midnight each night and slept in until after 8. I was in heaven.
August 27, 2012 Every year a group of CSU students gather to whitewash the "A" on the side of the hill above Sonny Lubick Field at Hughes Stadium. It's a tradition that has continued at Colorado State since 1924, but is it a tradition that needs to go away? Please answer our poll.
August 25, 2012 Colorado Poker Day is Sunday, August 26th. The Fort Collins Series of Poker along with OnTiltRadio.com will be hosting Poker Events across the state of Colorado. The FCSOP will be donating to the Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department. The Fort Collins event is the Sunset Event Center at 242 Linden Street. Registration opens at 11am on Sunday. Registration is in person only. Donations will be accepted at the door.
Now before I begin this rant, you have to remember I am probably the least political man you will ever meet, so take that for what it's worth. This problem I have noticed has went on for sometime, but hit it's boiling point with me this Saturday night. Think for a second when the last time you heard the National Anthem at an event. What were you doing while it was being sung/played? What should we be doing?
August 24, 2012 My wife bought this Wonda-Chair stroller system 18 years ago at a garage sale. It was to be the stroller for our children, but alas we never had any kids. We have finally made the difficult decision to part with it... and, the perfect place to do that is the World's Largest Yard Sale on Saturday (August 25th) at the Outlets in Loveland.

Yesterday Todd and I bet on whether or not I could get a date with up and coming country singer, Maggie Rose. If I got a date with her, Todd owed me one million donuts, and if I failed I owed Todd a single donut.
