Who’s Hungry? Time For A Brian Gary Burger
Last week I wrote about my Olympic torch and how it is one of my most prized possessions and how carrying it was one of the highlights of my career. I have had so many wonderful things happen to me during my 25 years here. Winning a CMA award and many other cool awards, raising at least half of million dollars to help abused children and meeting every star I have ever dreamed of but the biggest honor could be The Brian Gary Burger.
A Beautiful Sunday Drive To Estes Park – Brian’s Blog
One of my favorite things to do is go for a drive up to Estes Park. There is no prettier town on the globe. I love the drive up there and I love the wonderful people and all the awesome shops. My wife and I always stop in the art shops there and check out all the wonderful pieces. We have purchased several paintings and prints there and just love them.
Apathy Is More Painful Than Words – Brian’s Blog
We have all had people come into our lives who mess it up. As hard as we try it is just inevitable that there will be conflict at some time and often it is with someone we once loved but have had something happen to tear you apart. You reach a point where you have to let go and separate. Sometimes it is an ugly split and leaves a scar. You need to teach yourself to let go.
The Day I Carried The Olympic Flame – Brian’s Blog
I have always loved watching the Olympics. I can remember as a child being glued to the TV and as an adult I still find myself glued to them. They have been very close and personal to my heart since a day back in 2002. When the Olympics came to Salt Lake City that year the Olympic flame traveled through Northern Colorado and I had the honor of carrying it down main street in
Berthoud.

It's a big day here at K99. D is returning to the airwaves today!!! We are so thrilled to have her back today. We all know she has been through hell lately and are so happy she has decided to come back to us. I ask you give D some space and time to get her groove back in the on air chair.
My First Ronnie Dunn Experience – Brian’s Blog
I can still remember sitting in my office in 1991 when I got a call from my representative from Arista records telling me he had something I had to hear. I, as usual, was skeptical. What record rep doesn't tell you they have the next big thing? I put the CD single of "Brand New Man" in the player to listen to this new act called Brooks & Dunn.

Chick-fil-A Has Turned My Lunch Into A Politcal Statement
I don't want my choice of sandwich to make a political statement. We all have the right to support or not support whatever we choose. I understand that. When Chick-fil-A announced that they, as a company, were against gay marriage, it changed the whole ball game. I now see people with pictures of themselves eating a chicken sandwich, not because they love them, but because they are making a statement. The only statement I want my sandwich to make is that I am hungry.
What Event Would You Like to See Added to the Olympics?
Yesterday our web question was, "What is your favorite Summer Olympics sport"? Gymnastics ran away with it with nearly half of all of the votes. We are hoping today's poll is a little closer. The Olympics have a couple dozen different sports and hundreds of events, but there still has to be a sport you would like to see in the Olympic Games. We came up with our list. Vote for your favorite.
