Car Crashes Into Radio Station in Downtown Greeley [PICTURES]

A vehicle crashed into building late last night in Downtown Greeley.

The car was traveling Northbound on 11th Avenue in Greeley and lost control before crashing into the KFKA building at 11^th Avenue and 9^th Street at 11:22pm on Sunday night. The vehicle caught fire following the collision and witnesses pulled the driver to a safe location until emergency services personnel arrived.  .

The Greeley Fire Department had a total of 14 firefighters working to contain the fire, treat the injured driver, and stabilize the building.  The fire was contained to the vehicle and did not extend into the building.  No one was inside the building at the time of the accident. The driver was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
