I spent a bit of time in Canada as a youngster and have always enjoyed the area and the people but not the bacon. There have been many wonderful things to come out of Canada but Terri Clark may be one the best. I have loved Terri since the first time I heard her voice and then loved her more after getting to spend some time with her. Terri has always been one of good people in the business. Many years ago she was doing a series of radio interviews and used our studios for a couple of days to conduct them. Terri kind of lived with us for a couple days and I will never forget how cool that was and how kind she was to us.

It was 20 years ago today that Terri and her self titled debut album hit the jackpot and was certified gold. It was Terri's first gold record and had some big hits on it. Who can ever forget "Better Things to Do" or "If I Were You" or "When Boy Meets Girl" to name a few? She went on to have many more hits but this is the one that started it all. It would be safe to say that even to this day, she is one of northern Colorado's favorite female artists. Here are a few of those nuggets from her first pan of gold.
