Can Anyone Tell Me What the Heck This is? [PICTURES]

It may have been there for years but I have only recently noticed it. If you are heading in or out of Windsor on highway 392 you have seen it. It is just east of Windsor on the north side of the road. There is a field full of poles all set at odd angles. I am thinking it is some kind of power facility but am not sure. It seems like the poles are just a stiff breeze from toppling over.

I know that to many it is obvious what this is but to a doughheaded DJ it just looks like a field of timber. Help me out. What the heck is this?
