Over the next several months, the City of Fort Collins will replace a bridge on Shields Street just south of Rolland Moore Park. Federal funding has been awarded to replace the bridge, and the City of Fort Collins is able to provide the required local funds through Keep Fort Collins Great tax revenue.

Beginning Tuesday, September 25th through June 2013, a construction cone zone will be in place on South Shields Street between Centre Avenue and Rolland Moore Drive.

In this area, travel on Shields will be reduced to one lane northbound and one lane southbound. You should use alternate routes when possible.
