Go ahead punk. Wish me a Happy Birthday. Happy Birthday today to my movie hero Clint Eastwood. Clint turns 81 today so I thought I would come up with my list of top ten Eastwood movies of all time. This is my personal list and I know yours will be much different than mine but here we go…Brian Gary’s Top Ten Clint Eastwood Movies of All Time:

10- A Perfect World- came out in 93 with Kevin Costner and the little boy in the Casper mask. Loved this movie

9- Dirty Harry- I had to include the 71 original where we first meet Det. Harry Callahan

8-In The Line Of Fire- Clint is in charge of protecting the president while assassin John Malkovich makes his life hell

7-The Good, The Bad and The Ugly-had to include this 1966 classic

6-Pale Rider- It doesn’t get much better than this 1985 epic western

5-Space Cowboys- this 2000 movie made me laugh, cry and about every other emotion. Just a good movie period. Loved Tommy Lee Jones and Donald Sutherland and James Garner in this too

4-The Bridges Of Madison County- this was such a different role for Clint and I was blown away. I actually didn’t see this movie until a year or 2 ago although it came out in 95 and I was blown away by Clint’s performance..and yes I cried at the scene in the rain at the end. She should have chose Clint.

3-The Outlaw Josey Wales- need I say more…classic

2-Gran Torino- this one was really close to being number one on my list, I guess I felt it was too new being it came out in 08 but this was one of the best acting performances Clint had ever done.

1-Unforgiven-it just doesn’t get any better than Clint playing William Munny and battling the pure evil of Gene Hackman

Now it’s your turn. What is your favorite Clint Eastwood movie of all time?
