Brian’s Easter Slop
I just had the most wonderful Easter, I hope you did too. I was filled with the joy of being with family and the joy of feeling full in every possible way. We had a nice competitive family game of chubby bunny. I took on my son’s girlfriend Kia and my daughter Vanessa.

They both talked a lot of smack before the competition but I proved once again that my mouth is much bigger. I packed 10 of those little bunnies in my pie hole. I rule!!!
After we worked up our appetites with all that athletic competition, it was time to feast. When families get together for a holiday meal, oftentimes everyone brings a dish to share for the meal. You can get some interesting items on your table. Who can forget your crazy Aunt Claire’s 3 bean salad when she forgot to cook the beans, or the jell-o with the mysterious chunks of matter mixed in it?
Here is a recipe that I promise you everyone will love. I have never served this for folks and not had them ask how to make them, it is my famous Brian Gary’s Tot Slop.
- One bag of tater tots
- One can of cream of chicken soup
- ¾ can of milk
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick spray and pour in the bag of tots
- Mix together the soup and milk and pour over the tots
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
So little time and effort yet it equals so much happiness. Enjoy!
