Brian Performing at Sundance Family Festival tonight
One of favorite things in the world is getting to be on stage doing stand-up comedy. I usually only do one show a year, our Habajeeba show, but I am doing it again tonight (Friday, October 21st) to help out the Fort Collins Senior Center. The weekend is the 2011 Sundance Family Festival and Chili Cook-off at the Fort Collins Senior Center, it benefits the senior center expansion initiative.
What a great weekend of fun. On Friday night there will be a prime rib dinner, western art show and live auction. I will be doing a half hour or so stand-up set opening for singer, humorist Gary McMahan. Get your tickets now, help a great cause and get your giggle on with me.
The Sundance Family Festival & Chili Cook-Off begins tonight (Friday, October 21) from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the Fort Collins Senior Center (1200 Raintree Drive) with a prime rib dinner with cowboy poet and singer Gary McMahan, auction and more. Saturday, October 22, the Festival continues with beer and chili tasting, western music, silent auction, children’s events and arts and crafts booths from Noon to 4:00 PM.
Tickets for tonight’s event are available at the Senior Center or Wilbur’s Total Beverage for $32 in advance (Friday ticket prices includes admission to Saturday’s event). Saturday-only admission tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 7-17.
