Breckenridge & Wynkoop Breweries Moving New Restaurant Into Beach House in Fort Collins


An empty restaurant in Old Town won’t stay empty very long. The company that owns Denver’s Breckenridge and Wynkoop breweries plan to move into the former Beach House restaurant in Fort Collins this summer. According an article in the Fort Collins Coloradoan: Breckenridge-Wynkoop LLC are set to buy the former Beach House restaurant at 125 S. College Ave.
The deal is expected to be finalized in February. The new restaurant will open this summer. The name of the new restaurant has not been chosen yet. It is not expected to have a brewery on the premises.
The Beach House closed December 31st and now has white paper covering its windows.
