Brand New With Barnes features new songs from well known artists and singers you've never heard of before. This, is your weekly recap in case you missed some.

  • George Ducas - All Kinds Of Crazy

George Ducas, who started off as a banker, has been releasing singles off 3 albums since 1994 and while most never charted, he has had a handful that have come close to Top 50 and a single called "Liptstick Promises," off his first album, that went to #9 in 1994. His real last name is Evnochides and it was actually his Dad who suggested he change his last name to help his music career, so he adopted his maternal Grandmother's last name.  I first featured George Ducas last August with a single called "Cowtown," off his third album called Volume up, WIndows Down that didn't even chart. This new single, "All Kinds Of Crazy" is off his fourth album called 4340. (There is no current video of any kind so I am using the video of his highest charting single from 2007.)

  • Justin Moore - Home Sweet Home

Justin Moore is one of many currently doing an album of cover songs by heavy metal rockers, Motley Crue, with "Home Sweet Home" being the first release from the album called "Nashville Outlaws: A Tribute to Mötley Crüe." The single was first released by Motley Crue in 1985 and has been covered by many, including Carrie Underwood. It was also the last single to hit the charts for the rockers. The album also features Florida Georgia Line, Leann Rimes, Rascal Flatts, Big and Rich, Darius Rucker, Gretchen Wilson, Brantley Gilbert and more.

  • Jerrod Niemann - Buzz Back Girl

Jerrod Niemann is working on a fresh new album called, "High Noon." The debut song, "Drink To That All Night" landed at #1 while the second release, "Donkey," only garnered a spot at #38. Here's a not so well known fact:  Jerrod Niemann co-wrote the 2001 Garth Brooks hit, "Good Ride Cowboy."

  • Brett Eldredge - Mean To Me

Brett Eldredge hasn't released a new album since 2012 but is still finding much success with the first single off the "Bring You Back" album, "Don't Ya" going #1 followed by "Beat of the Music" which shot to #1 in 2013. The new single, my personal favorite, "Mean to Me" is sure to be his third #1 in a row...from the same album. Eldredge also has a web series on his official YouTube page called Couch Sessions, where he does acoustic performances of his songs as well as covers.
