Brad Paisley Sings About Southern Pride With A New Sound On “Southern Comfort Zone”

Even though you won't be able to get the song till October 2nd you can be the first to hear the new single from Brad Paisley right here on Brand New With Barnes. The song is called "Southern Comfort Zone" and though it's still too early for a video, I have included a 'behind the scenes' look  video in it's place.Brad Paisley, winner of numerous awards since 1999, but none more important than his last two: back to back ACM  'Top Male Vocalist of the Year' awards in 2010 and 2011.  Oh wait, he is the 2012 CMA Entertainer of the Year and, oh shoot, nevermind. Like I said, he has won just about every award there is for a country musician and it's next to impossible to keep up with them all so it will be exciting to see where the new song and album lands him on the awards wall.

I think the song has a very unique sound and feel coming from Brad Paisley and I am not quite sure yet where I stand on the song but right out of the chute it's not what I expected from him but then again, everything changes, including music and styles so we'll just have to wait and see what the charts say.  Don't get me wrong, it's a great song, just not what I was expecting or used to but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
