A beautiful tribute to Joey Feek from Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum, Blake Shelton's life gets an exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame, and Kristian Bush is helping brides say YES to the dress, here's your Nashville Minute for Monday, March 7th.

By now you have heard the news that Joey Feek lost her battle with cancer and passed away peacefully on Friday afternoon surrounded by her family in Nashville.  Joey was only 40 years old.  I loved what Lady A’s Hillary Scott said on her Instagram.

If you’re a Blake Shelton fan and considering a trip to Nashville.  May 27th might just be the best time to be there.  Blake Shelton’s life and career will be the subject of a new exhibit coming to the Country Music Hall of Fame and will open on the 27th of May.  Blake Shelton: Based on a True Story will look at Blake’s road to success from his childhood and move to Nashville as a teen to his successful music career and national fame as a coach on The Voice.

Kristian Bush (formerly of Sugarland) is helping brides say YES to the dress.  His song Forever Now (Say Yes) will be the theme song for TLC’s series Say Yes to the Dress as it enters its fourteenth season.  Bush will even make an appearance this season when his guitar tech’s fiancée, Evyn, goes shopping for her perfect dress.
