Big & Rich don't get the credit they deserve for what they have done for country music. I have been in love with these guys harmonies from the first time I heard that magical vocal blend. There are some things that just go together, beer and pizza, peanut butter and jelly, tequila and worms and Kenny and John.

It was on this date in 2004 that their debut album "Horse of a Different Color" was certified platinum. This was a ground breaking album. It blew open the door for a new sound in country. The harmonies are still breathtaking on this album. Songs like “Holy Water”, “Wild West Show”, “Big Time” and of course “Save a Horse” paved the way for a new stomping country sound. They are hotter than ever these days and I look forward to many more years of hits from these two incredibly talented artists.
