Bass Pro Shops Coming to Loveland

For a town known for the river flowing through it, you’d think the lakes would get more attention. Being right at the base of one of the world’s largest mountain ranges means that a lot of water flows by Fort Collins, and much of it sticks around in the area lakes. I didn’t realize just how many until I took a flight in a small plane over the area and saw lakes everywhere.
Well, Bass Pro Shops is hoping to be the answer for where people go when they are stocking up on tackle, boating, hunting and other outdoor needs. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, the chain is adding a Loveland location to its Colorado properties, with stores currently in Denver and Colorado Springs.
There is no opening date, but the chain will likely bring up to 250 jobs to Northern Colorado.
