I was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado. Growing up in such a beautiful area has given me an appreciation for what we have here, and I truly embrace the city and all of Northern Colorado. I graduated from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting with a degree in broadcasting in 2009, and it is a dream come true to be playing music and talking on the radio to all my friends and family in Northern Colorado. I LOVE music, all kinds of music! I also love talking, all kinds of talking! If you think there is a better job for me out there, you let me know! Other than music and talking, I’m a bowler, yes a bowler, I usually get funny looks when I say that. I used to do a lot more of it, but now it's more for fun rather than a job. I am also blessed to have a beautiful daughter, Shai, who was born in June 2008, and love showing her off! My son Quinntyn was born in December of 2010, and although I have learned raising little boys is almost like having another job, I wouldn't trade him for the world. My kids have become my life, and have given me a different outlook on life than I had just a few short years ago. I really believe in the religion of love. Love everyone, be nice to everyone, and smile, and this world will be a great place to live in. I’m addicted to ice cream and donuts, and I’m a firm believer that nothings more important than family, my Dad and Grandma will always be the biggest heroes in my book for the contributions and support they have given me throughout my life. Although life seems chaotic and sometimes even hard, at the end of the day I thank my lucky stars and God for everything I have, and wouldn’t have it any other way. “We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.” ~Frederick Keonig Find me on Facebook or Email me, Id love to hear from you!

How to Remove Ice From Your Cars Windshield Without an Ice Scraper
I am pretty sure that I wrote an article yesterday morning reminding everyone that there was a snowstorm coming, and to get everything they needed to prepare. One of the items on the list was an ice scraper. Let's just say that not everyone decided too heed my advise, namely myself. So, when you have ice on your windshield and no ice scraper, what do you do? Try these handy dandy items you probabl
Cheap Homemade Kids Halloween Costumes
I have an almost two-year-old son and a four-year-old daughter. Plus I like to play dress up myself. This makes for one expensive Halloween at my house especially at one of those specialty Halloween stores. A pretty plain kids costume will run you upwards of $50 these days, but you can make the same thing or better at home for half the price with these easy homemade kids costumes I have found...

Tim Tebow’s Next Chapter – Running Back?
Man, the drama around Tim Tebow just won't ever go away, will it. First he was going to play on the punt team, then he was going to be a tight end or wide receiver, now we are hearing reports that Tim Tebow may be playing running back for the New York Jets this weekend.
What Happened to the Good Ol’ Days
I am not here to complain about the way my life is, because I wouldn't have it any other way. I have two healthy children, and I love my life, but I am somewhat nervous. Nervous that they won't get to experience many of the things I got to as I was growing up. Maybe it's just because of technology and better, easier ways of hearing the news, but it sure seems like this world is becoming a scary pl

It Can Be a Dark World, Add Some Color!
Yesterday i wrote a blog about the bad in the world. It is everywhere and can easily bring a person down if you let it. I say don't let it! Instead have fun with life, do things that are out of your comfort zone, make people smile, and be you. For me, that means it is time to pull the "interesting" colorful pants out of the closet!

Pumpkin Patches in Fort Collins & Northern Colorado
There was a time when there were one or two pumpkin patches in the area, and you went there to, get this, get pumpkins. Now there are dozens of choices on where to go to get a pumpkin, and that is usually the side attraction to all the other things going on at the patch...
