Butch

I was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado. Growing up in such a beautiful area has given me an appreciation for what we have here, and I truly embrace the city and all of Northern Colorado. I graduated from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting with a degree in broadcasting in 2009, and it is a dream come true to be playing music and talking on the radio to all my friends and family in Northern Colorado. I LOVE music, all kinds of music! I also love talking, all kinds of talking! If you think there is a better job for me out there, you let me know! Other than music and talking, I’m a bowler, yes a bowler, I usually get funny looks when I say that. I used to do a lot more of it, but now it's more for fun rather than a job. I am also blessed to have a beautiful daughter, Shai, who was born in June 2008, and love showing her off! My son Quinntyn was born in December of 2010, and although I have learned raising little boys is almost like having another job, I wouldn't trade him for the world. My kids have become my life, and have given me a different outlook on life than I had just a few short years ago. I really believe in the religion of love. Love everyone, be nice to everyone, and smile, and this world will be a great place to live in. I’m addicted to ice cream and donuts, and I’m a firm believer that nothings more important than family, my Dad and Grandma will always be the biggest heroes in my book for the contributions and support they have given me throughout my life. Although life seems chaotic and sometimes even hard, at the end of the day I thank my lucky stars and God for everything I have, and wouldn’t have it any other way. “We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.”  ~Frederick Keonig Find me on Facebook or Email me, Id love to hear from you!

They May Take Away Peyton Manning’s Yardage Record – I Call B.S.

Looking back it really may suck that Denver Broncos head coach John Fox decided to sit Peyton Manning in the second half of the Broncos win over the Oakland Raiders this last Sunday. Manning, who broke the single season record for passing yards, may actually have to give the record back to the books and settle for second place on the list.

Finally Tim Tebow Has Found a New Job

Here in the middle of Denver Broncos country, Tim Tebow will always have a special place in our hearts because of the special things he did with his very un-special arm in a few seasons with the team. We all know that since he left Denver, Mr. Tebow hasn't had the best of luck finding and keeping a job as an NFL quarterback. Well, today Tebow found a new job, and it has nothing to do with throwing a football professionally.

Glow in the Dark Pig Anyone? [VIDEO]

It is always kind of depressing the day after Christmas because you know there are no more pretty lights, no more cookies for dinner, and especially sad is that there are no more presents. And had I known these little buggers existed like two days earlier I know my Christmas may have been completely different, and totally better! Although, I did ask for a monkey and didn't get one, so who knows if I would have gotten a glow in the dark pig either...

5 Thanksgiving Products That Will Ruin Your Social Life

First of all, let me say that I never understood how Turkey's got so lucky... I mean, when we eat a big old steak, we don't parade around before hand with cow decorations and such. As a matter of a fact, I would not want to eat a steak if there was a big old cow centerpiece on the table. But Turkey's, they are sure celebrated before we murder them for Thanksgiving dinner! Here a just a few ways you can celebrate Thanksgiving that will probably result in the loss of friends.

Is There Something Weird Going on at D.I.A.? [VIDEO]

I have said it a number of times, so it probably reigns true, I never seem to be hip on the latest and greatest and often find myself behind the times. That being said, a friend posted the video below in a Facebook post earlier this week, and it opened my eyes to a situation I was unfamiliar with at Denver International Airport. I did a little research to find out if there is indeed something weird going on at DIA.

A New Greeley Ritual Includes Windex, Praying, and a Playground

I know, Greeley has a bad reputation among other Colorado natives. Sure, it does stink every now and then, and you are sure to get a "show" if you go to the Walmart on 23rd Ave., but for the most part Greeley isn't THAT bad! But they say it only takes one bad apple to spoil the pie... I think we may have found one of Greeley's rotten pieces of fruit here...
