I was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado. Growing up in such a beautiful area has given me an appreciation for what we have here, and I truly embrace the city and all of Northern Colorado. I graduated from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting with a degree in broadcasting in 2009, and it is a dream come true to be playing music and talking on the radio to all my friends and family in Northern Colorado. I LOVE music, all kinds of music! I also love talking, all kinds of talking! If you think there is a better job for me out there, you let me know! Other than music and talking, I’m a bowler, yes a bowler, I usually get funny looks when I say that. I used to do a lot more of it, but now it's more for fun rather than a job. I am also blessed to have a beautiful daughter, Shai, who was born in June 2008, and love showing her off! My son Quinntyn was born in December of 2010, and although I have learned raising little boys is almost like having another job, I wouldn't trade him for the world. My kids have become my life, and have given me a different outlook on life than I had just a few short years ago. I really believe in the religion of love. Love everyone, be nice to everyone, and smile, and this world will be a great place to live in. I’m addicted to ice cream and donuts, and I’m a firm believer that nothings more important than family, my Dad and Grandma will always be the biggest heroes in my book for the contributions and support they have given me throughout my life. Although life seems chaotic and sometimes even hard, at the end of the day I thank my lucky stars and God for everything I have, and wouldn’t have it any other way. “We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.” ~Frederick Keonig Find me on Facebook or Email me, Id love to hear from you!

Steak ‘n Shake is Coming to Greeley
If you are from Greeley and have either tried to go to, or driven by the new Chick-fil-A on Centerplace and seen the lines, you like me, have probably thought that it's a pretty darn good idea to put a restaurant there. Well, come this summer there will be another new food option in Greeley.
Mitch Unrein From the Denver Broncos Talks About His Favorite Northern Colorado Things [VIDEO]
My job is always pretty cool, I talk into a microphone for a living for goodness sake, but some days are cooler than others. Days like today, when I get a chance to sit down and talk to the Denver Broncos are some of my favorites (especially when you find out that they listen to Loudwire!)! Northern Colorado native, Mitch Unrein sat down with me today (April 14th) to talk about his favorite things
The Denver Broncos Are Coming to Northern Colorado on April 14
If you read that headline you probably got really excited, and for good reason. And not to take any of that excitement away, but not ALL of the Denver Broncos are coming. But the Broncos did announce some of the team will be making three stops in Northern Colorado on Monday (April 14th) as part of their second annual "Salute to Fans Tour."
A Habanero Pepper Blamed for Haz-Mat Situation at Colorado School
You can call me weak, but I think jalapenos are too hot, and according to the Scoville scale which measures heat in peppers, they are between 30 and 60 times less spicy than a habenero. OUCH! The peppers are so hot that they became the culprit at a major haz-mat situation at a Colorado school yesterday (April 8th).
Starting Tomorrow (April 9th) You Can Buy Pot in Fort Collins
If you just read the title of this article, there are two things that are sort of not true about it. One, the business I am referring to is just outside of Fort Collins city limits, but close enough. Two, Colorado state law says you have to be 21 to buy marijuana. Otherwise, it's true... Weed is officially invading Northern Colorado tomorrow!
Dave & Busters + 5 Other Things Fort Collins Doesn’t Have, But Needs
There are not too many people that are going to argue with you when you say that Fort Collins is one of the best places to live in our fine country, and there are plenty of things to do. But, there is always room to make a great thing better...
Northern Colorado is One of the Three Skinniest Places in the United States
First thing that came to mind when I was reading the most recent study from Gallup and Healthways about the most and least obese cities in the United States, was that there is a scientific reason why all my friends on Facebook and Twitter who are so-called "chubby chasers" or like a little meat on the bones of their significant others are always single...
Champ Bailey Officially Moves on From Denver, Signs with the New Orleans Saints
When the Denver Broncos released Champ Bailey earlier this off-season it was probably unrealistic, but fans like me still held hope that he would either retire as a Bronco or never get picked up by another team, and convince John Elway to have him back. Those thoughts were officially squashed today as Bailey signed a deal to become a member of the New Orleans Saints.
Is Yellowstone Going to Blow? If So, How Will It Affect Colorado?
I try my best not to buy into all the garbage I see on Facebook and Twitter, but one of the things that has been going around a bunch lately is the rumor of a possible volcano eruption/earthquake at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. So I did a little research on if it's going to happen, and if it does, how it will affect us in Colorado.
CSU Named to Men’s Health’s Coolest College Recreation Centers in America List
I don't think that most dudes choose a college based upon how cool their rec center is, but if they did there would be a whole bunch of kids coming to Fort Collins!
Wyoming Student Dies in Colorado Because of Pot… Kind of
They say that it isn't possible to overdose on marijuana and die, and there really have been no confirmed cases of this happening. But that does NOT mean that pot can't kill you!
Fort Collins Based OtterBox Changed the Colorado State Flag in April Fools Prank
I have always thought the Colorado state flag was one of the coolest looking of all of the state flags. But that doesn't mean that it couldn't be a bit more cool. The Fort Collins based cell phone case company, OtterBox obviously thinks so too.
