• Price of the deck is $4,500 maximum, the winner may choose to upgrade their deck at cost to them
• You will receive a 10'x16' attached deck (built to code)
• Your deck will be built with Reliaboard decking from timber tech (cedar or gray)
• The Reliaboard decking carries a 25 year warranty
• The deck includes a 3 year warranty on craftsmanship
• The deck will be at ground level (30" or less from ground to top of deck)
• The deck's substructure/decking will be treated
• Your deck will be complete in approximately 1 week (Weather pending)
• The deck's construction date is subject to availability of Northern Colorado Home Improvements
• Northern Colorado Home Improvements is NOT responsible for removal of existing deck
• You must be the homeowner of the property where the deck will be constructed
• You must be 18 years of age and live within our terrestrial listening area to participate
