Appreciating The Rainbow After The Storm – Brian’s Blog

I have no skeletons in my closet. I share everything with you whether you like it or not. If I am honest with you I feel you will return the favor. I am the same as you, I am just fortunate enough to have a really cool job that allows me to be me. I used to feel like I didn't ever need to take vacation because my life was a vacation.

I can honestly tell you that the last couple of years have been the most difficult of my life financially, personally and professionally. There have been so many changes and challenges that have tested me in ways I never experienced before. There has been lots of joy too but the obstacles have  been a lot to deal with.

I can happily say that I am firing on all cylinders once again. Professionally I am feeling like I did 20 years ago. Things are better then they have ever been and I look forward to hopefully spending the rest of my career playing with you on K99. Personally things are going fantastic again. My wife is digging her new job and my daughter is too. My grandson is an absolute blessing and I am once again the happiest man on earth. I can now see the colors of the rainbow and I will never take it for granted. I truly believe that you never fully appreciate a rainbow until you have weathered a storm. If it's storming in your life right now, hang in there, grab an umbrella and ride it out. The rainbow will come.
