Anheuser-Busch Opening New Restaurant at Fort Collins Brewery

It seems like every micro-brewery in Fort Collins has a restaurant, so why not the big guys? Anheuser-Busch is opening a new restaurant and beer garden later this month at the Fort Collins brewery.

Construction is now underway at in Anheuser-Busch's old tasting room and tour center located behind the brewery. According to The Fort Collins Coloradoan, the made-over building will house a gift shop, "beer school" classroom, full kitchen, restaurant and an outdoor bar with patio seating.

The restaurant and beer garden will seat up to 300 people; 30 different beers will be on tap across two bars. Lunch and dinner will be served in the restaurant, with a Colorado and Southwest-inspired menu that incorporates beer into the recipes.
