We've started 2016, but that doesn't mean 2015 is completely in the rear view mirror. We still have two more 2015 countdowns left to recap!

One of the best things about being part of the K99 team is seeing all the new artists from Nashville make their way up to Northern Colorado. We're able to do that every month with our "New from Nashville" series. What a lineup we had in 2015...

Cam...

Lauren Alaina...

Michael Ray...

A Thousand Horses...

Austin Webb...

The list goes on and on.

And we kick off 2016 with our first "New from Nashville" of the year on Wednesday, January 6th as we welcome Broken Bow recording artist Jordan Rager to the Boot Grill in Loveland. So if you want to see the future superstars in Nashville, New from Nashville is the place to see them!

So here is our five top New from Nashville's of 2015, as voted on by YOU, the K99 listener!

    A Thousand Horses - May, 2015

A Thousand Horses were right at the end of their hit song "Smoke", which was already a top ten song by the time their appearance with "New from Nashville" occurred.

They packed the stage, literally, and packed the Boot Grill with a standing room only crowd. What was more amazing that they packed the house on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON!

It was also the first time we heard the song "This Ain't No Drunk Dial", which is currently in the top 20 in country music.
