Capt. James Michael Steel - Age 29 from Tampa, Fla. Capt Steel was Killed In Action on April 3 when his F-16 crashed near Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. He was assigned to the 77th Fighter Squadron, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C.
