Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler to Release Country Album

We all know that country music is the best music in the world and country music fans are the best fans in the world. The rest of the music world knows it too. We have welcomed Kid Rock, Bon Jovi, Sheryl Crow, Darius Rucker and many others into the country music family. The latest rocker to trade in their spandex for chaps is Steven Tyler of Aerosmith.

Steven has just signed a deal with Big Machine Label Groups Dot Records to release a country album later this year. Steven has been hanging around Nashville and working with songwriters like Jaren Johnston of The Cadillac Three. That is a perfect fit to me. I think this could be an exciting project. I have always been an Aerosmith fan and am very curious to hear what this project will sound like. Steven will get a good taste of western culture when Aerosmith hits Cheyenne Frontier Days this summer. Welcome Mr. Tyler. Behave yourself.
