‘Adult Toys’ Coming Soon To Grocery Stores And Pharmacies [POLL]

Soon you’ll be able to pick up milk, eggs, cereal, sinus medication and  a vibrator in one stop. What?!

According to AZCentral, many chain stores (Like CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, Safeway, Target and Walmart) are making room on their shelves for some ‘adult toys’.

CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, Safeway, Target and Walmart are among major national chains that now include vibrators on store shelves. These devices (also known as personal massagers or vibes) have been around a long time, but their availability on the mass market is relatively new. Condom makers Trojan and Durex are among brands that have expanded product lines to include vibrators.

I did a little sleuthing and Walgreens already has an entire online product page for their ‘adult toys’. CVS has a ‘sexual wellness’ category, but I can’t find any such pages from Safeway, Kroger, Target or Walmart…yet.

Now, I’m not morally opposed to big box stores selling stuff like this,but I am wondering just how many awkward conversations will start happening with parents and their kids as they shop in certain isles.

At the very least, the addition of adult toys in stores like this could certainly make people’s grocery lists a lot more entertaining!
