I was raised on hot dish. It was basically when you would open the cupboard and mix together whatever ingredients you could find and bake it in a 9x13 pan. One of my all time favorites was and still is, Tot Dish. Tot Dish is a hot dish that features those delicious little tater nuggets and a couple cans of slop.

Here is my impossible to mess up recipe for Tot Dish.

Brown one pound of ground meat, beef, chicken or turkey
Drain and add one can each of cream of chicken soup and cream style corn
Mix together and pour into a 9x13 pan
Cover the top with rows of tater tots, I like to line mine up like soldiers
Bake uncovered in oven at 350 for 45 minutes...BAM

Feel free to write me and thank me later. Enjoy
