17-year-old Madison Polansky is a senior at Mountain View High School. She was crowned yesterday at a luncheon hosted by the Thompson Valley Rotary Club. The nominees wrote essays, participated in interviews and gave speeches about Loveland as their community.  Madison competed among nine high school seniors for the Miss Valentine crown, sponsored by the Loveland Chamber of Commerce and McKee Medical Center.  For 52 years,   Miss Valentine has served as a spokeswoman for Loveland. She makes numerous speeches throughout the community, helps with the Loveland Valentine Remailing Program and meets the governor at the state Capitol to present a gift from Loveland.

'When she found she was the 2013 Miss Loveland Valentine, Madison Polansky inhaled, beamed and wanted to call her dad.'
