We tend to only hear about the bad out there. I think we need to talk more about the good that people do. I want to share a story about some unexpected kindness that was shown to my family.

My daughter was driving my grandson to school yesterday and the tire on the car literally blew up. She limped it home and sat there on the curb wondering what to do. She got out the jack and tried to get it all done herself but there were issues. She was frustrated and was crying and cursing on the side of the road. She wanted to get it done before I got home so I wouldn't have to deal with it. She sat there looking at the car in tears for a few minutes when the Northern Colorado Disposal trash truck drove by on their route. They passed her and circled back. The two men on the back jumped off the truck and asked if she was having trouble. They grabbed a jack and took off the blown tire and replaced it with the spare in minutes without even being asked. These men stopped their jobs to go back and help a young lady out of a troubled situation. I am blown away. Thank you so much for the kindness you showed. You showed that their are some great people out there doing good and asking nothing in return. Thank you.
