Gretchen Wilson burst onto the scene about 10 years ago now. It was in 2004 when she began a five week run in the number one spot on the charts with her smash "Redneck Woman". She blew up like no female artist I had ever seen. She was a force to be reckoned with. She was fierce and female like no one we had seen before. She had many hits afterwards but this will always be the game changer for her.

Gretchen is back this week with not one but two new CD's. She has a great new disc of new songs called "Right On Time". Check out the tune "Get Outta My Yard" on this disc. It is classic Gretchen. She also released a killer disc of remakes of old rock songs like Cheap Trick, Bad Co., Billy Squier, Led Zepplin and more called "Under The Covers". My whole family has been jamming to this one since I got it. The redneck woman is back.

Here is what got it all started.
