Although you may think this seems a bit far fetched, it's true. Starting Friday, over 150,000 illegal's here in Colorado can apply for a driver's license.

I find it hard to wrap my head around stories like this but it's true. Starting Friday, August 1, 2014, you don't have to be a legal citizen to get a drivers license here in Colorado. In fact, just under 10,000 interviews have already been set and will be divided equally between the 5 DMV locations offering this service:

  • Aurora
  • Colorado Springs
  • Denver Central
  • Fort Collins
  • Grand Junction.

Weld county "undocumented immigrants" that are hoping for a free pass will be saddened to find out that almost 1,900 interviews are ahead of them till at least November according to numbers from the state’s Department of Revenue.

With over 150,000 people living in Colorado, illegally, new interview days will be added every 24 hours.  In all, the state is using five of its 56 licensing centers and issuing 155 appointments for the licenses per day. With all these numbers in mind, in reality, it could take up to three years for many to even get an interview. Good! Maybe they can become actual legal citizens by then.?

My mind is blown! There is a reason you don't feed a stray dog, bears, etc.; it makes them dependent; HUMANS are no different! Enabling our illegal aliens only makes a rampant problem, worse. When you keep giving someone something they haven't earned, why would they want to do it any other way. What the hell happened to the United States of America and the pride we once had for our OWN citizens?
