Peaches are summertime! They are an amazing gift from nature. I love peaches if you can't tell. The fact that we get to go to a festival devoted to this beautiful fruit is awesome. And, if you have not had the peach margarita with the sugar and spice on the rim, you have not tasted something truly spectacular.

The 6th Annual Fort Collins Peach Festival is coming back to Hughes Stadium on August 20th. The day starts off with a 5k walk/run, pancake breakfast and healthy kids run. The day then turns into live music, peach treats, peach margaritas, peach beers, peach pies, vendors, kids rides, Wolfpack Ninja Warriors doing their thing and all of this fun is against the beautiful scenery of Hughes Stadium.

Free admission with $5 parking. Biking is a good way to get there! The event is put on by the Rotary of Fort Collins. The 5k run/walk starts at 8am. Pancake Breakfast at 8:30. Healthy Kids Run at 9am. Festival goes on from 9am to 6pm. See you there!!
