From 1989- 2011 you could not have a Monday roll around without one of your football buddies asking "Are you ready for some football?" Our Monday night party always started with the sound of Hank Williams Jr singing the Monday Night Football theme song to the tune of "All My Rowdy Fiends are Coming Over Tonight". That all ended on this date in 2011.

Hank has never been shy about expressing his opinion and his opinion during an interview on Fox and Friends on this date 5 years was just a little much for ABC to keep him on the payroll.
