Northern Colorado– On Friday, February 18th at 6:00 PM, K99 22-year veteran morning team, Brian Gary and Todd Harding will host a kick off party accepting donations for entry to the event at The Beach House Grill in downtown Fort Collins.

The Beach House Grill will provide appetizers and entrees buffet for attendees featuring various menu favorites.  Entry to the event is $28 of which 100% will go to the 28 Hours of Hope .  Email todd@k99.com or go to www.k99.com to make your reservation.

The 28-hour air shift raising money for child abuse prevention centers in Northern Colorado will begin Thursday, March 10th, at 5:00a.m.  The phones will be open to accept pledges from listeners, local businesses, nationally and locally recognized artists.  In 2010, $48,403.62 was raised for the 12th Annual 28 Hours of Hope.

Donations go to help three local child abuse prevention centers: A Kid’s Place in Greeley, Larimer County Child Advocacy Center in Fort Collins, and Namaqua Center in Loveland.  All three centers accept donations year round.
