2015 is Shaping Up to Be a Great Year for Business in Northern Colorado With Over $600 Million in Projects Lined Up

As we enter into 2015 the future is very bright for the Northern Colorado economy, Fort Collins in particular, with over $600 million in projects lined up for the new year. Here are some of the economic impacts we'll see in 2015:

1. Redevelopment of the Foothills Mall with a projected opening date of Fall, 2015
2. The opening of Trader Joes, with a projected opening date of February 27th
3. Old Town Square renovations which will be completed in late 2015
4. The opening of the new Banner Medical Center on April 6th

And that's just a sampling of what we will see come to Northern Colorado in 2015!

However, my wife and I were sitting down last night and asked ourselves the question..."What is the ONE thing you would like to see in Northern Colorado"? Right now, we have a slew of businesses right at our fingertips and the region really has everything you need. But there is probably that one store or business that you would love to see in the area.

My choice? Ever been to a "Bahama Breeze" restaurant? Their onion rings are AWESOME and if you're looking for a night out for your significant other...it is a great place to head to!
