Northern Colorado has more to brag about! 2008 Loveland High School graduate Collin Klein is in near top contention to win this year’s Heisman Trophy!

He grew up in Loveland, Colorado but he’s now The Man in Manhattan, Kansas! Collin Klein, #7, is the senior quarterback for the undefeated Kansas State Wildcats! Current standings have him in the upper half of the top seven contenders for the Heisman! Collin graduated from Loveland High School in 2008, under coach John Poovey.. I graduated LHS in 1985! Sorry, no honors for me. Colin Klein holds the Loveland High records for completion percentage – 66%, and all-purpose yards.
The Heisman Trophy Winner will be announced December 8th!
