17th Annual Fathers Day 5k in Downtown Fort Collins [RESULTS]
Nearly 500 runners and walkers took part in the 17th Annual Father’s Day 5K in Downtown Fort Collins on Sunday. I had the opportunity and pleasure to act as the MC for the event. The race was a benefit for Adaptive Recreation Programs and reduced or no-fee youth programs for the City of Fort Collins.
The male winner was Paul Petersen and the female winner was Abby Depperschmidt.
The Father’s Day 5K also offered a team registration for fathers to compete along-side their son or daughter. Awards were also given out in the wheelchair division. Complete results are available at FCGov.com/Fathersday.
