15 People Charged in Fort Collins Riot
Fort Collins police have concluded the investigation into the April 27, 2013 parties in the Summerhill neighborhood that turned into a riot. A total of 15 people involved in the disturbance have been identified and charged with the following:
Inciting a Riot:
- Kyle Stephen Griffin, Wellington, charged with Inciting a Riot
- Kodi Don Noel, charged with Inciting a Riot
Engaging in a Riot:
- Cameron Walker Isaacks, Engaging in a Riot
- Joseph Daniel Steinkirchner, charged with Engaging in a Riot, CSU Student
Disorderly Conduct:
- Houwer (Mike) Omar Argueta-Garcia, Carbondale, CO, cited for Disorderly Conduct, CSU student
Nuisance Gathering:
- Jared Charles Doll, Fort Collins
- Ethan Leslie Lewinskas-Hodgson, CSU student
- Jeremy Brian Smith, CSU Student
- Michael Aaron King, CSU Student
